Introducing...

After months of flip flopping we finally have a name for our sweet little girl. We have been calling her little sister since before we even identified her. Then once we saw her beautiful face we couldn't pin point that perfect name for her. We went through 100's of names but nothing seemed to really fit. I was ready to give up. It is way harder to name a 5 year old with a personality than to name a new born or a baby still in the womb!

We really wanted to give her an American name but also keep her Taiwanese name. So we just kept calling her Little Sister. All her brothers have Irish names which end in "N". We didn't need to stick to that theme but my 9 year old hyper organized son Griffin really wanted to.

So finally, yesterday, I realized that Little Sister in Chinese is Mei Mei. Pronounced May-may. So I decided, and got approval from Tom, that we should name her Meghan. We keep the "May" sound and it ends with an "N". Irish even!
