We have a Court Date!!! Oh my gosh! I am so excited. I literally cried when I found out and realized that God is so faithful!
Our court hearing is scheduled for September 9th. That date also just happens to be our 15th anniversary! The hearing will be at 9:40 am - Taiwan time. Which means, that at 9:40pm on September 8th, they will be in court. I don't know anything else yet. I don't know whether Meghan will be there or not. I don't know when and if we will get to skype with her before that date. I don't know if anyone from her birth family will be there. Nothing. AND honestly, it doesn't matter if I know these things anyway since I have absolutely no control over any of it. International Adoption is a true test of faith. If you are the type of person who likes to be in control of everything, watch out! International Adoption will throw you for a loop!
I will just leave it to say, we are thrilled to be traveling on this road and thrilled to be progressing, ever so slowly along.
