Today is Orphan Sunday and Tom and I spoke briefly in our church about our adoption journey and what God has done in our lives. Don't ask me how it went because I can't really remember anything. As I stated, I am not a public speaker. But it is over and I am still alive so - that's a good thing. After we spoke they showed a short video put out by the Orphan Sunday campaign and it was a tear jerker. The little girl in the video was Asian and had a flower in her hair just like Meghan. So glad they didn't show that before we got up there.
One week to go. A week from tomorrow we will be on the plane that will take us to our little girl!
Glad it went well! Looking forward to hearing how your trip goes and all about Meghan and her meeting her new family! I'm praying for you guys.
